The Urban Arts Rangers are a community art force that seeks to inform people about art activities taking place in Syracuse, generate to ideas with residents for public art, and to foster creative participation in the City. The Urban Art Rangers is a volunteer group, whose members will primarily work in assigned locations where they will conduct ongoing conversations with residents.
