Pilot program in the North Side and Eastwood, Fall 2008
The Rangers will begin with two neighborhoods: the North Side and Eastwood. Limiting ourselves to these areas will allow us test the possibilities and effectiveness of this project and make improvements. If deemed successful, we hope to expand to all neighborhoods of the city.
